I drafted an announcement for senior leadership to communicate significant updates to our benefits and the annual open enrollment period. I gathered feedback from relevant stakeholders and implemented their suggestions to ensure clarity and comprehensiveness. The announcement detailed the introduction of a Short-Term Disability (STD) program, reduced premium rates for Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurance, and a new partnership with The Standard Insurance Company to manage leave requests. It also emphasized Tulane University's commitment to keeping healthcare affordable and supporting employees' overall well-being through the WellRight wellness program.
