This inaugural Annual Impact Report was designed and curated by me for Tulane University's Office of Human Resources & Institutional Equity. I took charge of the entire process, from collecting and analyzing relevant data to writing informative blurbs and articles about the year's incredible accomplishments. Every detail was formatted, and I sought and incorporated valuable feedback to ensure the final product exceeded expectations. Presented at our end-of-year celebration, the report received high praise for its clear, engaging presentation and comprehensive insights, solidifying its significance in highlighting the office's achievements.
In this project, I collaborated with subject matter experts from Tulane University's Restorative Practice and Conflict Resolution team to create a comprehensive Restorative Practice Dialogue Model. My role involved organizing and designing the layout of the model, drafting and editing the text, and incorporating ongoing feedback. I also handled the formatting of photos and other visual elements. The finalized model is now featured in Tulane’s presentations and training sessions on conflict resolution, showcasing its practical application in promoting effective dialogue and resolution strategies.
